Gratitudes

Be grateful for what you have.  This means really appreciating what life has handed to you.  I’m sure there are some you can think of.  Even those in the worst situations can think of ways they have been blessed in life.  Are you grateful for the family who loves you?  Are you grateful for the ability to walk?  Are you grateful for the sun coming out each day, kissing your skin and providing warmth?  There are always positive aspects in your life, whether you perceive them as great or small, be thankful for them.  You can spend your mornings reviewing everything you are grateful for and that sets a good mood for the rest of the day.  Or you can end your day by reflecting on what good things happened for you that day. 

 

Why do this?  Because the universe will recognize your gratitude and, remember, that is energy.  The universe (or God for many) will, in turn, return that energy to you through more positive situations that make you happy.
