Be careful with the negatives

Published by esper_d at 5:44 am under Uncategorized Edit This

When I say be careful with the negatives, I’m not just talking about the words “No, Not or Never”, but also the overall attitude of being negative!  Let’s start with the first one, using negative words.  First of all, when you are trying to manifest something, you must always state it in the positive.  Let’s use the example of heading to work.  If you are dreading lots of traffic and an uncomfortable drive, then in your mind, you are probably saying “No traffic, no traffic, no busy-ness PLEASE!”  You are angry and hesitant.  That is putting emotion into the universe and the universe only hears “traffic, traffic, PLEASE!”  Instead, you should be focusing your energy on what you WANT to happen rather than NOT happen.  So say outloud “I will have a pleasant drive to work” and really envision what that looks like and be in the feeling of it.  Then the universe receives that presence and delivers an easy drive for you!

Secondly, don’t be so negative!  If you are stressed, don’t go around telling everyone how stressed you are and adding energy to your problems.  The Universe will only deliver MORE problems and stress your way.  If someone asks you how your day is, don’t say “Oh my gosh, I’m so stressed out, I hate work!” etc etc.  Instead, find something positive to say about your day.  Mention that the traffic was excellent this morning ;) (because you learned how to harness that power) or that you finished a big deadline for the day and are really proud of yourself.  BE positive and you will receive that in return!Cool
